I am in a writing mood. 'Bout bloody time.
Anyway, yus, have just finished Coastliners by Christine Harris, who is undoubtably still my favourite author. So many twists and turns and stuff, but it's not confusing like so many twisty turny books are. Going to hafta eventually steal Five Quarters of the Orange from Aunty Merideth, cos that's the only one of her books I haven't read.
So nice to have a favourite author who can still write books, as opposed to other favourite authors (Roald Dahl, JRR Tolkein, etc) who have unfortunately carked it and can't write more books. Hrmph.
So yes, that has very much put me in a writing mood. Oh yeah, and Raqif's story has some sort of a name: Desert Sapphire, which could quite possibly change in the next... however long it takes me to finish, but it'll do for now ^^
edit = Forgot to mention, brother unit is at the training thingo for Coles/Myer, cos he got a job~ =D *happy for said brother unit* (For overseas peoples, Bilo, where I work, is part of Coles/Myer *nods*) and you know what? He's in Bridgewater. I got my job two months ago, I think, and I'm out at bloody Mount Barker. And he's in BRIDGEWATER! That's, like, five minutes away! I'm half an hour away! Am obviously quite jealous of this, however I'm revelling in the fact that Colin has been put on checkout. Hah! He's a ceckout chick~! *eternally amused, but still pissy that he only has to go to Bridgewater*
