Sat, Mar. 22nd, 2003 11:41 pmyou know you're doing stage 2 sace when:
o procrastination is putting off one assignment by doing another one
o this procrastination makes you feel guilty
o in one day, you have more assignments due than lessons
o your greatest ambition is to blow up the senior secondary assessment board of south australia, aka ssabsa
o you have an assignment due on sunday
o on days where you get the afternoon off, you'd prefer to keep those hours in order to finish off another assignment
o you don't even bother to start formative assignments because there are too many summative ones to do
o you look at year ten stuff and think 'i wish we could do stuff like that again'
o you'd rather the teacher got to the classroom on time rather than late
o you bring work to do at the swimming carnival
o you skip the swimming carnival in order to do schoolwork
o you know your sace number better than your home phone number
o sace stage 1 seemed easy
o you're willing to spend money on assignments
o prerequisites, pes, pas, sas, assumed knowledge, sace, formative, sumative and ter are common words in your vocabulary
o you know what all those words mean and look in disgust at anyone who doesn't
o you stare in horror at your parents, who've just told you they didn't choose geography at school because it had one assignment for the whole year
o midnight is an early night
such is the life of a south aussie year 12. 'rah. and no i didn't use capitals, couldn't be stuffed. whee~ let's go blow up ssabsa together =D
