*attacks list of doom~~ version 2 again* >DD Take that, you... list, you >DDD Okies, so to sum up the rest of my year:

= Art
-- 2000 word essay
-- prac 2
(-- 1hr essay on Australian art. Formative so I prolly won't do it)

= English
-- example and explanation (advertising)
-- imaginative writing

= French
-- English response for investigative study
-- French response for investigative study

= IP
-- silent auction thing
-- issues analysis

= Maths
-- project

And~ that's it. Essentially 2 things per subject, making 9 or 10 things depending on whether or not I do the formative Art essay. All of this stuff is due before end of school, that's in about 5 and a half weeks, so we're averaging an assignment every 3 or 4 days. I can do that, yupyup *grooves*

And now, bed, cos I was silly and went at 1am last night. Oops. My bad X3

Xx and I thought the spacebar in the study room was bad, this one is just crap! I swear, it's like trying to press... the button on thetv remote when thebatteries are going flat. I can't do English onthis thing,no bloody way. Going to return itandgetone that bloody works Xx;;;;;

Damn school iBooks XP Get new one then edit entry,yusyus.

edit = better ^^ I can type~ stuff =D Pity it's an old iBook and will only go to 600x800, but whatever, least the damn spacebar works on this one ^^

Lunch today~ we went down to the mall and got hot dog and mega choc milkshake from Wendy's. Unless you can count your age on your fingers, don't have a mega choc milkshake from Wendy's. My Gawd~ I felt sick after that. And I swear it totally defeated the purpose of walking all the way down there to begin with. They should rename that thing 'Death by Chocolate', would make more sense.

Anyway, yes, now that I have a working spacebar, can finish English oral on online journals, yay! *does that*

I've figured it out. Everyone posts the most between about 10 and midnight-ish. Which is generally when I go to bed. Hence the friends page is always long in the morning. Damnit I'm smurt X3

Dinner tonight was... interesting, I'll give you that. We (Dad and I) decided we'd hafta actually cook something for dinner tonight at about 7:30, despite having nothing in the house save spices, a few vegies and noodles. So, I got out my IP assignment from first semester (design a cookbook, basically) and picked out the chicken chow mein, so we went into town to get chicken, wedgies (cos we felt like them) and spring onions... Dad was convinced spring onions were no different to ordinary onions when we couldn't find any in BiLo, and was even looking at the garlic at one point Oo;

Anyway, eventually got the stuff and cooked dinner. Basically, there were too many noodles and peas and not enough chook, and I kinda spilt the oil and ended up having about three times as much as there should've been, but it wasn't too bad for a recipe I got off the net.

Now, you wouldn't think that you could stuff up wedgies too easily, would you? Packet has pretty simple instructions, leave it to Dad, all will be fine.

Unless Dad can't read the instructions. Lay 'em on the tray, stick 'em in the oven for 20 minutes per side, take 'em out, voila. After the first 20 minutes, he took them out to turn them over, and we were wondering if they really needed another 20 minutes. They looked pretty good to me, but Dad insisted that was what the packet said. In the end he left them in for 15 minutes.

We were left with something halfway between charcoal and potato. Got the packet out of the freezer, and it said quite plainly on the back, "bake for 10 minutes, then turn and bake for a further 5 to 10 minutes to desired crispness." Meaning 20 minutes absolute max, ours were in there for more than half an hour XD;;;;

Seriously, you had to be there, bloody hilarious XDDDDD

Lesson in all this, we can't bloody cook, need Mum *nodnod*

In other news, I got nothing done this weekend aside from apply for jobs and register uni preferences. Now, while this stuff is important, it's not particularly challenging.

Frees tomorrow are obviously going to be spent on Art essay fixing, otherwise I'll be oh so very screwed. As if I'm not already. I need to get my rear in gear Xx;;
