That was without doubt the most boring Speech Night ever. Headmistress' speech clocked in at 31 minutes and 37 seconds, then the judge guest speaker dude went on about smeg knows what for another 20 or so. Didn't time him, guest speakers usually go for about 10 minutes. Was so~~~ bloody bored to tears by his speech. Hoi Xx

Jess was good tho, naturally. She's our school captain. She's cool ^^

So~ just as the white plastic seats were getting beyond uncomfortable, we got to stand up =D and walk around to get prizes, then all~~ the way 'round the hall to the other side and sit down again, then Chrissy carol, Lord Dismiss Us and we were off. Finally. Thank friggin' Dieu that's over Xx;;; Not even the woman we had last year was as bad as the judge. Not even the headmistress was that bad. Again, hoi~

And~ and and and~~ I actually got something out of the prize =DD $40 gift voucher at Angus & Robertson. Whee~ free books =D Pity it's not Borders, they sell manga, but Angus & Robertson don't. What's nice tho, there's no expiry date~ XDD

One girl? She got a prize for the best year 12 Specialist Maths student, best year 12 Maths Studies student, best year 12 Physics student... she's a year 11 XD;;; *amused*

And that's that. All that's left now is getting the damn TER back on the 17th and we're completely done with school in all it's horrid forms. Yay!

If this were a normal day I would've just gotten up Xx However, instead got up at 7, about two hours after falling asleep, and Zed waking me up at 6 was less than pleasent. Annoying little creature.

And we hafta be there 45 minutes early tonight! What the hell are we s'posed to do? This IP prize is more trouble than it's worth. I could've been sleeping all morning XP Did however manage to find pricing of desk lamps for Dad. They're $10 more expensive than at Mount Barker, go figure. Will hafta hope I'm working this Thursday so I can buy it.

Ooh! And San!ty's gone! The one at the end or Rundle Mall! It's being turned into a Commonwealth Bank and more Unihouse thingo! It's odd! Pretty much the only things everyone knows on Rundle Mall are the Myer centre in the middle, Darrel Lea and Haighs choccies at one end, and San!ty at the other, now there's only one left on Rundle Mall, and it's just odd Oo

Don't hafta wear blazers tonight, cos it's too damn hot. Yay~ 37 degrees is good for something ^^
