8. Dealing with it
Anger
He likes to hit things. It’s about the only use his sword ever gets outside (or inside) training.
Sadness
Again, he likes to hit things. He tries not to show his sadness outright though.
Loss
Depends entirely on what he’s lost and to what degree. If it’s something big, like Mithé or Nimay dying, he’ll try and go on normally, but his eyes’ll be watery most of the time. If it’s something smaller… did I mention he likes to hit things?
Stress
Nolryn doesn’t deal with stress very well at all. He’ll mope around and keep letting it pile up on him then try and get someone else to help him with whatever the problem is. Then he’ll hit things.
Conflict
National conflict, he’ll be the one to first declare war on whatever kingdom is bugging him at the time. Given that he’s going to eventually be ruling Raykin, this is a slightly major worry for Mithé. He’s been trying to beat that mentality out of Nolryn, but his efforts don’t seem to be working.
With more local conflict it’s the same—Nol’ll be the first to draw his sword or brandish his fists rather than trying to solve the problem with words.
Social events
Social events he’s good at. He loves going to big celebrations if for nothing but talk to the ladies and flex his muscles a bit.
