K8's told me I'm not updating enough lately, so~ here's an update on the last... however long it's been since I last updated:
I'm cold. This is a shithouse February. One day this month has gone above 20. 30 has been predicted for about three days, and it ended up being more like 18 or 19. Weather blokes reckon it'll be 28, 27 and 31 for the next three days. They'd BETTER be right this time, because I am seriously bloody sick of this February.
I'm fine with cold in winter, that's where it's supposed to be. Spring I can deal with it, November and December it starts getting on my nerves, but February? That's just completely wacked. We're halfway through the third month of summer, the hottest month of the year, and I swear I could count the number of 30+ days on two hands.
Comments off cos I'm also pissy with various northern hemispherians telling me I don't know cold. This is fucking SUMMER. In ADELAIDE. 'Refreshing' temperatures in an Adelaidean summer would be around 25. 12 is cold. We are supposed to have a Mediterranean climate. This is just crap.
