Woo~ I have articles for the Issues assignment. Focusing on the tabloidisation aspect, so got an article from the Monday 'tiser with Ky~lie and her $74 500 dress, because that is so obviously gratuitous Kylie pics--the picture is almost A4 size and the article's four paragraphs 9.9 And for broadcast, got a transcript of 60 Minutes' report on the next Star Wars. Because 60 Minutes is suposed to be objective journalism but that's pretty much just an advertisement for the movie and its spiffy special effects. It prolly helps that I have a profound dislike for both the subjects of these articles, means I can be more objective with my critiques X3 Shall start writing them... later. How about 5, that works. Do one at 5, finish that in maybe an hour, hour and a half tops, 'nother break and do the other one after dinner.

In other news~ the Ashes are completely sold out TT_TT My only hope now is that the one at Old Trafford goes to a fifth day, because they don't sell those tickets in advance. They did for the one at Lord's, buggered if I know why. Ten pounds for a ticket to something that could very well not happen. Pretty much the only chance of it going to a fifth day is if an entire day is lost due to rain. I can't believe I'm actually hoping for rain to wash out a day of cricket >< I still can't believe five Test matches are sold out, four months in advance, in England. Bloody bloody bugger it.
