Well, that was painless. She reckons that for this year, I can just pick some creative writing-related subjects, still stay enrolled in Journalism, then withdraw properly end of the year. So, soon as the uni server's back up and running again (I saw some guys poking it and removing boxes and stuff when I was down there), I'll hop on there and enrol in some stuff. I'll talk to the head of Bachelor of Creative Arts next~ Thursday, see how much of it I can count towards a degree there. If it turns out that the stuff I'm enrolling in doesn't help me at Flinders at all, then I can withdraw from them without having to worry about wasting money on them, so that's all good.

Welp, dropped Mum and Dad off at the airport, so they're prolly halfway to Perth by now, and will be there til next Sunday. Mum wasn't too enthusiastic about going, and this morning she just came out into the kitchen saying "Poor Mum..." (referring to her mum, obviously, not herself), and told me it might be nice to ring her some time while they're gone, just for a chat. This~ is giving me bad vibes ._.;;; I hope she's okay...

So, dropped them off at the airport, poked Transport SA because I STILL haven't got my licence, which I paid for at the end of December. They reckon 3 weeks from then, it's been almost four, so should be coming through pretty damn soon. In the meantime, I've been given another bit of blue paper, because the current one runs out on the 29th. I'd better bloody have my licence by then >< How can I get a passport made up in two days, and it takes getting on four weeks for a bit of plastic with my address and photo on it? Feh.

Nicked over the road to get Hungry Jack's for lunch, and now back home, with my room smelling like grilled chicken burger and chips. Which are cold. Yay.

In an hour~ or so, hafta leave to go talk to the head of Journalism at uni, see if I can get some things sorted out. Talk to campus central and stuff too, mebee student association, whoever I can get a hold of =3
