We lost. So that kinda sucks. Kinda doesn't tho cos it'll mean we go to a third final, so more cricket =D I mean, assuming we don't lose the next one in Sinny. But that won't happen because... well it just won't. Only an Aussie cricket fan will understand this X3
Fun night tho =D Saw the cousins again, saw some fa~~~bulous catches, a drop that would have been the catch of the summer if it'd been taken, right in front of us, saw Muralitharan bowling <3 <3 <3 and batting, if only very briefly. As in, one ball. Got in, hauled out, the end XD;; Also saw the STUPIDEST of runouts, thank you Mr Ponting. And indeed half the team. There were five runouts in total. That's just crap, bois >< Think we know what they'll be practicing before the game in Sydney =P
The guys behind us were quite interesting too XD; Ever the optimists, they were, singing every typically Aussie... 'song', for want of a better word, they knew, which was basically your standard "Aussie Aussie Aussie! Oi Oi Oi!", "C'mon Aussie C'mon" and bits of the national anthem. Even when it got to needing 30 runs off the nine balls, they were still yelling out, "There's still hope!" which ended up degrading to "I think it's starting to rain!" and "I call for bad light! C'mon Etsa, don't fail us now!"
So yes, was fun despite the loss ^^; But as I say, means we'll more than likely get the third final happening. Next game in Sydney on Sunday~ then in Brizzy on Tuesday~ then it's done. No more international cricket in Australia until the Ashes start in November. The series in South Africa starts in~ March, tho, I think. March? I'll have to check that. Might be end of this month. I dunno XD;
