Dad~ is currently working at Adelaide Uni (not as a professor. I'd pity the poor student who ended up with him as a lecturer/tutor/whatever) for the energy research cluster, and told me today they want a log, so I've made up a coupla them for him to float at their meeting tomorrow. If they use one of them, I'll get dollars for it =DD

The Redbacks pwn *nodnod*

RE the Redbacks pwning, the ING Cup final is happening on Sunday, between said South Aussies and New South Wales (remarkably unlike South Wales). And~ because we finished the year on top of the table, that means the final will be played on home turf =DD Adelaide Oval <3 <3 <3 <3

We're also pwning in Brisbane =D So, so much love for Gillespie <3 He'd better be going to South Africa for the Tests, srsly. Anyway, yus, if we win this game outright, then we'll be on the top of the Pura Cup table as well, which would be teh cool. Pura Cup doesn't finish for a while tho. I know they've still got another game to play at the Adelaide Oval at the very least, so~ yersh. Be shiny to be on the top of both tables tho =DD

Those last three dot points were about cricket. Not quite as random as I was expecting XD;;

Dad's energy cluster logo thing has kept me from writing for most of the day >>;; I had 181 words of genesis fic written before he grabbed me XD; Finish that as soon as I've finished this entry.

Mum's suddenly taken to buying 2L cartons of Farmer's Union iced coffee <3

I really, really want to have a big writing day today, break my last record of nine minifics in one day. Problem being that my muses have nicked off and left a nice big block behind, with the words "For the writer" written on it. I seriously have no ideas whatsoever for the last Genesis, nor for the kawa~ that I'm up to. I don't even have a character in mind, for crying out loud! SH seems to have come to yet another grinding halt, mostly because I hate this chapter >< And I can't for the life of me think of a decent idea for K8's fic.

I keep thinking maybe I need to force myself on a writing break, but then as soon as I think that, I suddenly feel like writing--still no ideas to go with this feeling, but that doesn't stop me from wanting to just write something.

On the plus side, I have a bloody big spider mug full of Farmer's Union iced coffee <3
