Two years ago to the day, probably almost to the hour, I was boarding a Singapore Airlines plane. Two days later, I landed in Manchester having not slept since getting up in Adelaide, so very very dead, carting more than my allowed 20 kilos of crap in suitcase and carry-on luggage.

Then there was a grinning redhead glomping me and it was all SO incredibly worth it. I'd do it all again today if I could.
