I HAVE A DATE.
I MEAN. IDK WHAT ELSE YOU'D CALL IT.
So I've been throwing myself at Tinder in a 'why the hell not' kind of way, actually messaging people I've had a match with rather than just waiting for them to message me. Grand total of four actual conversations, one of whom wants kids so no.
One guy I was talking to gave me his number, so I gave him mine. He called me and now coffee tomorrow after work!
He's a chef (I NO RITE) though currently with a bung shoulder until, like, August, poor dude. Also a painter (I NO, RITE???) and he was telling me how he had to get an easel because he couldn't hold the canvas in one hand and paint with the other because bung shoulder. He's into arts and crafts and we talked about our respective cool desks (his is made out of a classic old baggage case), likes aimless walks and drives, movie-going, shopping and dining out with friends.
Also he was really easy to talk to. No awkward pauses, I was comfortable rambling and he talked just as much. I'm excited 8D Hopefully there's no deal-breaker like he wants kids or is moving to Brazil in two months, but I won't think like that just yet.
I'm going to have to bring clothes to work tomorrow. Cloudy and 19 so at least I don't have to wax my legs tonight to wear a dress.
