Mon, Apr. 3rd, 2017 08:47 pmI'M HOME which you may have picked up on by the lack of Japan photos on Insta... and that's about it. God there's a lot of stuff to catch up on when you come back from three weeks' holiday. Still not done yet but whatever. Getting back into life is hard.
I've narrowed my camera photos down to those that aren't shit (ie out of focus, unfixably under/overexposed, those that were supposed to be shots of scenery out the train window and turned out to be walls cos the thing was too fast) so next up is the heavier editing of removing people and fixing exposure and levels and such. THEN POST THEM YAY. The plan is to post a day at a time every day, and hopefully keep ahead with the photo editing as they go up. Possibly unlikely but we can hope.
Let me just say for now, Japan was AMAZING. Fuji was the major highlight, followed very closely by Fushimi Inari and dressing up in kimono in Kyoto. The food was amazing, the sights were even more gorgeous than I'd hoped, and I loved everything. Japan is fabulous. I want to go back, probably in autumn to see the leaves turning. That'd be pretty spectacular, I think.
