Yrae

This loverly creature is an yrae (pronounced i-ray, with the 'i' like in 'hit'), mythical bird from the country Nimay and Yamin come from (raykin). Legend is that the dark spot on its tail feather is a magical sapphire *nods wisely* the original picci was going to be the colour one, then I decided halfway through I wanted to give it a long~ neck, so I kinda abandoned that one and moved onto a smaller, lead pencil one. figured I should do the first drawing of it as realistically as possible then stylise it later, so I based it off of two different wedge-tailed eagle piccies, a swan, a flamingo and a bit of a fishing eagle. tada~ I like the wings X)
