Thu, Jun. 19th, 2008 06:46 pmHad a work dinner last night, paid for by the bakery I work for =D We started out with a staff meeting at work, in which Marg, the boss, basically told us we're all awesome =D So that was fun.
Dinner was at the Crafers pub, which I've never been to before, and~ had a porterhouse steak <3 Coulda done with more sauce, but otherwise, beau~tiful.
So, what's the goss? I hear you ask. Well, dear flist, that girl who got hit by a car? She made it all up. ASLdkghskgh. I asked Kayelene, my shop manager, if she'd heard anything more about her lately, and... yeah~ XD; She says Marg sent her a huge (and expensive) bunch of flowers and, because she's Marg and knows People in the Hills, she got the florist to deliver it directly.
When she got to the house, mystery girl was just getting home, jumped out of the car and ran over to the door.
AHAHA. Yeah~ the drama NEVER ends at this place XD Never let anyone tell you bakeries are dull places. Cos just. Yeah. Wow. That's a hell of a story to invent just to say no I don't want the job.
Never a dull moment, y0!
(the Crows lost the other night, btw =( I was proud of them for giving the top team in the league such a run for their money, but omg there were FOUR POINTS IN IT at the final siren. We were leading at quarter time by a point, at half time by two points, three quarter time by three points... then lost by four. It was painful~ T~T)
