annartiNeed~ help with English, I do. Handed up The Vee-Dub as my final (which she says is brilliant *grooves*) but the last bit apparently lacks punch, so yersh, suggestions between now and Monday are more~ than welcome. Story is here for anyone who's forgotten/never read it. Currently I've got this for an ending:
“You’re not getting forty-five grand.” He told her finally, then stood up and walked smoothly out of the café.
Natasha folded her arms and reclined into the chair, tapping her elbow with one finger and smirking at the figure on the cheque. Even if she had made it all the way to the second-hand car dealership that day, she would never have made ten grand out of it.
But I dunno, still dun seem like it's got enough punch.
