There we go, they're as done as they can be for the next hour at least. I have chocolate ice cream balls sitting in the freezer, hopefully turning rock solid, and a bowl of what is essentially melted chocolate, cream and sugar on my desk to stir every ten minutes for the next hour. Why do I say "essentially"? It is melted chocolate, cream and sugar.

Could this be the unhealthiest dessert ever? Quite possibly, but who gives a stuff? You have to indulge yourself every now and then X)

So~ yeah. Making dessert tonight =D False truffles, which are basically going to be chocolate ice cream dipped in chocolate ganache and rolled in cocoa, mmm~ yummy. Problem tho? It was bloody impossible to buy just plain chocolate ice cream at BiLo. Seriously! They had chocolate chip, chocolate with nuts, TimTam, so presumably with bits of chocolate biscuit in it, neapolotin (I never claimed to be a good speller), or chocolate swirled with vanilla, which is what I ended up going with. Far as BiLo's concerned, there's no~ such thing as straight chocolate ice cream. What is the world coming to~?
