I went on an awesome Central Market shop today :D I love the markets. Made up a list last night from all my recipes in the two delicious. books Mum's gotten for me of all the stuff I will need at some point and which can happily sit in the pantry/fridge until required. SO MUCH FUN. So many spices and Asian sauces, mmm X9 There's a particular stir fry I'd like to do tomorrow night that makes use of the Szechuan pepper in particular. And then masaman curry paste, because it was THERE and I couldn't say no, especially with this duck masaman curry in my cookbook. Um... char siu sauce, korma curry paste, harissa, dukkah, various yummy things. I am now stocked up :D
