updated = scribble yet again, specifically that

I know at least two of you will appreciate this one, the rest of you... not so much XD;; So yersh, drew this on New Year's Day while at Victor Harbor with nothing to do but draw and watch the cricket (Australia A v Zimbabwe. Damn exciting match, that was), so it was bound to happen X3

But! The Australia A uniform is green everywhere that the Aussie one is yellow, so wasn't ezacly sure which bits of the Aussie uniform were yellow and which were green. Seriously couldn't be screwed scouring the net for piccies of our last one day series, so I just waited until the game yesterday. Ample piccies on baggygreen.com now X3

Our bois rule, they do *waves flag*

Not only am i an aussie, but i'm also an adelaidean, and currently in exactly the same predicament as yourself with regards to year 12 and uni!

in your user info:
Long story short, I’m an 18 year old year 12 Adelaidean girl with a big luv for all web-like things, anime, drawing, reading, writing, cricket and footy. Aussie Rules, not this pansy soccer stuff, real~ footy X)

Absolutely awesome! I know little about anime but appreciate the genre, and really could do with some expert education on the subject :)

Whee~~ Adelaidean =DD *glomps* Really need to update that bio to say 'uni student' instead of 'year 12'. Later X3

Animé~ I'd hardly call myself an expert, considering the apparant lack of animé in Adelaide. Know some stuff tho =D

If you've got Foxtel, on Saturday night at 9:30 the Cartoon Network's got Tenchi Muyo, Orphen (http://www.livejournal.com/customview.cgi?username=annarti&styleid=332127) () and Trigun (<3) on. Near the end of the series at present, so they'll prolly be repeating them all by the end in typical Foxtel style X3

If you dun have Foxtel... erm... Blockbuster's got a few animé movies on dvd. My local one has a grand total of 2, plus the more mainstream stuff like Dragonball Z (XP~~) and Pokémon.

Course, the best animé is the subtitled stuff, cos some of it can be seriously buchered when it gets dubbed, but it's damn near impossible to get any of that in Adelaide at all, unfortunately >

Unfortunately i dont have fox...but....

What are you on about? every now and again sbs play nothing but anime for a fortnight on the early morning sessions.

A whole week of Tokyo 2040 : bubblegum crisis, up late.... much love.

Holy crap! another person who knows what a glomp is! *returns glompage*

I should download ghost in the shell 2 ...hmm....

I agree with the subtitled comment, i'm yet to watch one thats been dubbed, and i pray i never do. lol.

I completely forgot about sbs *slaps forehead*

Bubblegum crisis was fun~ even tho I kinda missed half of them when it was on Foxtel ^^; Was a fun series, that was =D But Orphen better. Orphen 0wnz, he does.

Come to my friends page, we glomp each other on a daily basis X3

Ghost in the Shell~ I need to see that. Have heard from four people now that it's well worth watching, and I believe~ I saw it in Blockbuster at one point. I think. That or Perfect Blue, possibly both. I love being 18, can rent videos =D

*looks at your http://www.livejournal.com/customview.cgi?username=annarti&styleid=332127 layout*.

go see my layout...i've done about all i can do without a paid account.

*pines furiously for a paid account*

hmm, perhaps i'll start spending, but paying for lj would become something i'd HAVE to maintain, and i cant afford that expense right now.

You could always just buy two months' worth, make a spiffy layout and leave it as is, just paying for two months every time you get completely sick of the layout X3

*pines~ furiously for a damn credit card so self can actually buy the paid account*

I thought all the custom layouts, (overrides, all the extra html, etc) only available to paid users would revert once your paid account ran out?

It automatically ditches 12 of your 15 icons, but the styles all stay the same. Arse Claims (http://www.livejournal.com/userinfo.bml?user=arse_claims) is a good example. Can see that it's most definitely free, but has a layout that's very much a paid account style. Sallie just paid for two months, gave it a spiffy layout then waited for the time to run out and there it is =D
