I think I can resign myself to the fact that they're not coming to Australia. Not even going to Sydney. Buggeration. I must admit that yes, this does lower my Garbage love ever so slightly. Still undoubtedly my favourite band, but they're just that little bit closer to my other OMFGLOVE bands now.

DAMNIT I WANT TO SEE THEM LIVE. They're not even coming to this hemisphere ;_;

hate to break it to u. but i think anyone we c live now is not gonna be a patch on greenday. they where sposed to b the best concert around in years i heard (and cant say i disagree!) so maybe its best u cant c them cos then ud b sadder....

At least you live in a vaguely city-like city ... try catching a concert in Hobart sometime. The last big act we had was Riverdance XD

Ah, my Mum is a Taswegian and my Dad always liked it here, and if Carly and I had stayed until university age, we'd have had to live away from home (gasp) or we'd have all had to move back to Perth itself. At the time we moved we weren't living in Perth any more - we were living down in the sticks about three hours south!

It's not that bad ... Tassie is pretty and everything, and it's a relaxed sort of size. I haven't been unhappy living here or anything. But it's just too small and too damn cold for me! ;P

The cold is what would get to me most. Adelaide's cold enough for my liking in winter XD; (Summer sometimes too, 'specially this year. I am deadly serious when I say autumn was hotter than summer this year Xx Pa~thetic).)

That's not got anything outside of North America though =3 Just because they're not going yet doesn't mean they're never going to Australia, hon. I mean, the Rolling Stones are going to New Brunswick. Anything's possible. =b
