Halfway point? I do believe it is =D Bottom half of the cliff should be a lot quicker, too, since the structure looks a lot less fiddly and half of it is covered up by trees. I'll have to figure out what to do with the willows, tho. No willows along the Ra-Lin. Technically shouldn't be any along the Murray, either, but that's introduced species for you. They don't go away.
ANYWAY. PROGRESS YAY.

Date: Tue, Jul. 22nd, 2008 06:30 am (UTC)I'm going to have to go through my other photos from that holiday and see if I've got any potential refs for the bottom of the cliff without willows. That or make it up. 'Cept it's a big spot to make up and I'm not confident enough with landscapes to make it up. Still, we'll see what happens.

Date: Tue, Jul. 22nd, 2008 07:32 am (UTC)I think perhaps the top of the cliff on the left could be a bit less level? Just a tiny tiny bit, to make it look a bit less like someone's sliced the top off with an x-acto knife. Though it may well be like that in your references, so... *shrug* But it really is absolutely GORGEOUS, I can't stop scrolling up to stare at it.
