DOT POINT UPDATE cos I'm not in the mood for babbling but stuff has been happening \m/

o Colin's 21st party was on Saturday at the Lion, more than a month after the actual day, but eh XD; Good fun! I knew probably about half the people there, hung around with the cousins most of the night and caught up, half-planned a night out with some of them that's NOT a family function XD We just have to wait for Liz to get back from Darwin sometime near the end of this year, then yes, cousins' night out X)

o Back at uni as of yesterday. Tutes don't start until next week, of course, but still. But KC's on leave~ for the semester D: She was supposed to be my tutor/lecturer for one of my topics =( I got an email from the replacement tho, and he seems like a lovely guy already XD

o Nothing has happened at work. I feel this deserves mentioning.

o Colin and I are going to see The Dark Knight tonight =D

o The people have spoken >) I TOLD you Starbucks wouldn't last in my town >DD

We have a big~ coffee culture in Adelaide, and a major part of that is to go to the local shops, not big American chain brands that ultimately make crap coffee anyway. Cibo, South Australian coffee shop chain, easily gets more business than Gloria Jean's, which is from memory~ Victorian-owned.

No way is some Macca's-like coffee chain going to work here >D
