And now, another "I SWEAR I'm not stereotypical" moment with~ echidna on the doorstep!



Followed by echidna on the balcony!



(Okay fine it's the same echidna)

They're so cute :< And they squeak! I didn't know they made any noise at all, but when this one was on the balcony trying to hide behind the box, it made the cutest little high-pitched "eek!" I've ever heard an animal make.

I'm still holding out for a wombat on the property.

edit~ here, have some movies. SO CUTE.

I've always thought they were adorable since I was little and saw them on the Dot cartoons. XD; They are not like hedgehogs ne? You can't give em cat food.

I dunno oO I think in the zoo and places they get fed milk and honey, but cat food I'm not sure. They eat ants in the wild, tho, slurp 'em up through their beak =D

And just when you thought they couldn't get any cuter? The babies are called puggles <3
