Powderfinger are so awesome you guys. <3 I will update on this tomorrow when my back and feet don't cane after standing up for about 5 hours straight, and when I'm listening to my CD omg. AWESOME IDEA. Live from Memorial Drive, oh yeah >D They recorded the concert and sold CDs of it afterwards, complete with "We were here about a month ago, and it was freezing then, too. What's going on in Adelaide? You're doing an impression of the South Pole or something D:" Poor little Queenslanders <3

God it was awesome, though. Bets on for their comeback tour? I'm going to take a wild stab and say 2016. No reason, just sounds likely X3

SO TOTALLY GOING EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Stupid VenueTix website was breaking this morning from overload (which is pretty criminal for, yaknow, A TICKET SELLING COMPANY. Adelaide's had bigger acts than Powderfinger for the ticketing people to deal with. And it's not like they wouldn't have expected it. I mean, first show sold out within an hour, and they've sold out, I don't know, 50 other concerts around the country?) so, when I nicked off after half an hour to go to uni, Mum and Dad went to Mt Barker to get them in person instead, by which point it was standing room only left, but EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE POWDERFINGER.

I am so stupidly squee and excited and laksdjghaslkjdhs this is awesome. I love Powderfinger.
