Sat, Nov. 22nd, 2008 06:56 pmQuickly working out Illustrator, yay <3 For those not in the know, it started out as Freehand when Macromedia made it, and that's what I learnt to use in year 12 Art, but Macromedia's since been taken over by Adobe, which is lovely because I know Photoshop FAR better than I ever knew Freehand. Stuff that didn't make sense before now makes sense! Deleting points (as opposed to the line connecting the points) is more complicated than it really needs to be, but it does make deleting lines easier. Apart from that, definitely an easy transition from Photoshop, wai~
So yay! Illustrator is nice and easy. And apparently I can import lineart into Photoshop nice and easily, so I'll have to try that when I have lineart to work with.
Mmmm~ Adobe suite <3
